Just been shown KDirStat by one of Linux using work mates who had assured me that I could get it to work on my mac fairly easily. I have never used the command line and so I set off on the task of trying to get KDirstat working when DIX turned up! I have now stopped on my quest in learning unix and the command line in order to get the app ported over to the mac and now using DIX with delight.

As I'm a general Mac User who knows nothing about unix etc..... I think that maybe I will continue with the learning and have got hold of a copy of Mac OS X Unleashed by SAMS. It's new world for me.

Is it possible to get KDirStat working under X11?

Anyone want to help a novice?
